Most people are not aware that pelvic health issues can be successfully addressed by anyone, let alone a physical therapist. Because the pelvic floor and core are vital in overall musculoskeletal balance, a pelvic floor therapist is also able to effectively address general orthopedic issues as well. Please see below for specific conditions that we can help you with.
Pelvic Organ Prolapse
Bladder Mesh/Sling Rehab
Pain with Intercourse
Chronic Pelvic Pain
Penile and Testicular Pain

I use various modes of therapy to treat both pelvic and orthopedic conditions. My style of therapy is very wholistic in that I aim to treat the cause of your symptom, not just the symptom itself, which often results in full and long-term resolution. Treatment options include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, biofeedback, joint mobilization, electrical stimulation, soft tissue mobilization, and education regarding behavioral techniques and activity modification.
In Washington state, you have access to evaluation and treatment by a physical therapist without a physician's referral. However, problems with bowel, bladder, or pelvic pain should be evaluated first by your medical doctor. If you come to therapy without a medical referral we may request you visit your healthcare provider if the therapist feels it is in your best interest. Also, your insurance provider may require a doctor's prescription or a pre-authorization for you to be reimbursed.
My fees are based on the time spent with you and the treatments performed during your appointment.
Payment in full is due at the time of service. Checks and cash preferred. I also accept credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).
Please check with your medical insurance plan for possible reimbursement. Plans vary and may require pre-authorization for reimbursement. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider regarding the requirements of your plan. I can provide you with an insurance benefits worksheet to help you in this process.
"I was referred to Amanda by another medical practitioner who felt I needed a pelvic floor specialist. My issues were longstanding. Over the years I had been examined by doctors, endured sophisticated tests and worked with a number of physical therapists, all unable to accurately diagnose or effectively treat my condition. Amanda, on the other hand, made progress quickly. She listened very carefully to my history, asking focused questions. She performed a variety of hands-on tests, some including biofeedback, to narrow down the problem. Most notably she made me comfortable addressing something that's not so comfortable to address. When the treatments began, it wasn't long before I started to experience some relief. Amanda is patient and attentive and her knowledge and skills are extensive. Her techniques for both pelvic floor and orthopedic issues are effective."

"I appreciate the care and attention I received with Fruition Physical Therapy. Amanda is professional, educated, kind, and comfortable to be with. The work she did for me helped immediately, and I left with the tools I needed to continue doing exercises at home, with a complete write up for further care. I’m so grateful to be a patient of hers!"

"Amanda is tentative and truly cares for her patients’ well being. If she cannot find an answer she will research or ask for help. Her education on pelvic floor therapy is by far the best in the area. She continues to seek education to help her knowledge grow. I had the pleasure of working with her for 3.5 years on and off. I am forever grateful for wisdom and help."
